Do you support gold price automation? ＋
Yes. Growth pulls an online 24k feed; Enterprise can schedule automatic re-pricing with margins, rounding and freeze windows, plus audit and approval workflows.
Can I use my own gold price source? ＋
Yes. We can ingest your preferred source via API or secure file drop. Talk to us for regional sources and providers.
How does making charge work? ＋
Configure per-gram or per-piece making charges. You can tier by collection, item group, karat, or price bands, and combine with margins.
Is POS included? ＋
Growth and Enterprise include counter POS and mobile POS. We support common receipt printers and scanners—ask for our hardware list.
What hardware is required for RFID? ＋
A handheld UHF reader and printable EPC tags. We support multiple vendors; we’ll recommend options based on your region and budget.
